How much does it cost to groom my pet?
Grooming rates vary depending on the breed of your pet and the type of services you choose. Calling us to discuss your pet's needs with a member of our professional grooming staff is the best way to obtain a quote.
Do you tranquilize pets before you bathe or groom them?
We will not tranquilize a pet in order to groom it. Our professional stylists and groom techs are well trained to handle nervous pets, and treat every pet with tender loving care. If a pet is too agitated to be safely bathed or groomed, our staff will not attempt to force the service on the pet.
What type of pets do you groom?
Hereford Country Club for Pets grooms all breeds of dogs and cats. We have trained groomers who specialize in breed-specific cuts. Please call us for rates and to schedule an appointment.
Does Hereford Country Club for Pets sell puppies?
No. Hereford Country Club for Pets does not sell puppies but our sister company Ernhart Kennels does. Our business is also providing quality pet care for dogs and cats and their families. Our services are limited to boarding, grooming, and pet daycare.
Ernhart Kennels does breed and show Miniature and Standard Schnauzer dogs. Periodically, we do have puppies available for sale. We would suggest calling for availability and reserving one of your choice. All puppies are guaranteed and subject to your veterinary's approval of health. I'm ready for a dog. What type should I get?
Deciding which type of dog is best for your family takes homework and planning, and the more you know before you buy, the better decision you will make. This applies to all aspects of getting your dog -- from selecting the breed to deciding where to obtain the puppy. We strongly recommend that you spend plenty of time investigating before making a final decision. Remember, pets are for life. How much do you charge for boarding?
Our boarding rates are listed on our services link. We do offer a discount for multiple pets. Many of our customers have their pet groomed prior to pickup. Please call us to review any questions you may have, and to reserve a suite or grooming appointment.
Can all my pets stay together in the same suite?
Yes, we can accommodate your wishes and board your pets together in the same suite, as space allows (we must allow adequate space for each pet to promote both comfort and safety). Please call us when you plan to board your dogs and/or cats for specific details
